How long does delivery take and what does it cost?

Orders ship from our warehouse in the Czech Republic, usually the same or the next business day, and most European orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Delivery is free from €100. Below that you pay a flat courier rate for your country, from €5. All rates are in our Shipping policy.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Use the Withdraw from contract page or email us, then send the goods back. Opened hygiene items such as earplugs and supplements cannot be returned. The details are in our Returns and refund policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it has not shipped yet, write to info@raveshop.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once it has left the warehouse, you can still withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

How does sizing work?

Clothing runs XS to M and is cut close. The jersey has real stretch in it, so most people take their usual size. Skirts and dresses from other makers list their own sizes on the product page. The measurements are in the size guide.

Harnesses, jewellery and accessories are one size unless sizes are listed on the product page. Where a piece is adjustable we print the actual range: the Sidechain Body Harness adjusts 34 to 50 cm at the shoulder and 38 to 56 cm at the waist, and the Crossfade X Harness adjusts 26 to 51 cm.

What does one size mean?

That the piece is elastic, adjustable, or both. Where we know the range it is on the product page. Where a garment was photographed on a model, the model's height and usual size are listed too, so you have something real to compare against.

How do I care for my pieces?

Anything with elastic, mesh, chain or print: hand wash cold and dry flat. Wash printed pieces inside out so the print does not rub against the drum or the sink.

Faux leather and metal hardware: wipe with a damp cloth. Do not soak.

Anything with a battery or an LED in it: wipe only. Never machine wash and never submerge.

How do the LED goggles charge?

Our LED goggles are rechargeable over USB. Charge them the day before, not on the way.

What is the difference between UV reactive and glow in the dark?

UV reactive prints and inks need a blacklight to glow. In daylight they read as a bright colour and nothing more. Glow in the dark charges under any light and then glows on its own in a dark room, with no blacklight needed. If the room has no UV, a UV reactive print will look like a normal print. Everything that lights up under blacklight is in the UV Reactive collection.

I react to metal. What should I check?

Where a piece is nickel free, its product page says so. If you react to metal, check the page before you order and write to us if it is not stated.

Why does the colour look different in person?

Holographic, mirror and aluminium finishes photograph differently under different light, which is the point of them. What you see in the studio shots is the colour in neutral light. Under a beam it will do something else.
