Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below and press Confirm withdrawal. We then email you a confirmation with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time we received it.

What happens next

1. We confirm your withdrawal by email.
2. Within 14 days, send the goods to: Fulfillment CZ s.r.o. / RAVEshop, Úžice 341/2, 277 45 Úžice, Czech Republic. Put a note with your order number in the parcel.
3. We refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal, to your original payment method. We may wait until the goods arrive or you show us proof of sending.

You pay the return postage. Opened hygiene items such as earplugs and supplements cannot be returned. The full rules are in our Returns and refund policy.

Prefer to do it from your order? Open the order from the link in your order confirmation email, or sign in to your account, and choose Request return. You get an email confirmation from us either way.

Prefer email? Write to info@raveshop.com with your order number. Something arrived faulty? That is a complaint, not a withdrawal. See section 8 of our Terms of service.
