Shipping policy

In short

• Free delivery on orders of €100 or more, to every country we ship to.
• Shipped from our warehouse in the Czech Republic by a courier service such as GLS or Packeta.
• In-stock orders usually leave the warehouse the same or the next business day.
• Most European orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery prices

Below €100 you pay a flat courier rate for your country. From €100 delivery is free. The €100 is counted from the value of the goods after discounts. The exact price is always shown at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship to the countries listed above. If your country is not in the list, checkout will not offer delivery to it. Write to us and we will tell you whether we can help.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders for goods in stock are usually dispatched the same or the next business day. Most European orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days from the day you order. These are typical times, not guaranteed dates. Public holidays and peak season can add a day or two. When your order is dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation email, with tracking where the carrier provides it.

Receiving your parcel

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is damaged, tell the courier straight away and write to us at info@raveshop.com. If the parcel shows signs that someone has opened it, you do not have to accept it.

If a parcel has to be delivered again because of a wrong address or a failed collection, the extra delivery cost is yours.

Switzerland

Switzerland is outside the EU customs area. Swiss import VAT and any customs fees may be charged by the carrier on delivery and are paid by the recipient.
