Happy Caps are herbal and vitamin capsules from the Netherlands, made in three moods for a long night: ENERGY-E for before, RELAX-E for the wind-down, RECOVER-E for the morning after. Food supplement. 4 capsules per sachet.

ENERGY-E (Power & Stimulation): beta-alanine 195 mg, L-arginine 90 mg, Rhodiola rosea 80 mg, piperine 40 mg, guarana (Paullinia cupana) 40 mg, guayusa 40 mg, L-carnitine 25 mg. Contains caffeine from guarana and guayusa.
RELAX-E (Chill & Kick Back): GABA 200 mg, calcium 100 mg, magnesium 75 mg, vitamin C 25 mg, L-theanine 25 mg, choline 11 mg, iron 1.5 mg, zinc 1 mg, vitamin B6 0.5 mg, folate 25 µg, biotin 9 µg, vitamin B12 1 µg, vitamin D2 0.5 µg.
RECOVER-E (Regain & Revive): choline 185 mg, calcium 65 mg, silver birch (Betula pendula) 60 mg, dandelion root 50 mg, magnesium 30 mg, L-ornithine 17.5 mg, trans-resveratrol 17.5 mg, vitamin C 9 mg, zinc 0.5 mg, folic acid 25 µg, biotin 4 µg, vitamin D2 0.4 µg, vitamin B12 0.2 µg.
All: magnesium stearate, cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule).
How to use: take 1 or 2 capsules with a glass of water about 45 minutes before you want them. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Warnings: 18+ only. Do not combine with alcohol. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for people with high blood pressure, heart or thyroid disease, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate, or who take MAO inhibitors or any prescription medicine.
